I haven't posted in a while since I've been so busy with my full time job, but I've been so obsessed with essential oils lately that I thought to have my own product line. This year I came up with a line of essential oils based on my love of yoga. Introducing... Set Your Intentions.

Our first sales were this past summer at the Cartoon Network pop up shop!

WHO WE ARE/ OUR INTENTIONS: We are founded by yoga enthusiasts in Los Angeles. We believe that essential oils are indeed “essential” for our everyday existence, and promote healthy holistic living by giving up pharmaceutical chemical drugs and replacing them with natural alternatives. Your skin is your largest organ. Have you thought about what you’re feeding it every day? Essential oils are absorbed into body and you reap the nutritional benefits specific to each oil. *Like yoga, essential oils have many health benefits, like balancing hormones, aiding in digestion, boosting immunity and energy, improving brain function and skin/hair health, reducing stress and toxins in the body, alleviating pain, and calming nerves. When practicing yoga we set an intention at the start of each session so why not set an intention at the start of your day? We all have our morning routines – eating breakfast, brushing our teeth, putting on makeup – and it’s just as important, if not more important, to set an intention for your day. Start your morning on a positive note and carry it with you throughout the day. End the day fulfilled that you followed through and lived your intention. After all, your health starts with your state of mind and well-being. ESSENTIAL OIL SCRUBS:

“Kindness” Essential Oil Scrubs (2oz): $10 or set of 3 for $26 DIRECTIONS FOR KIND THOUGHTS (FOR FACE AND SCALP): Combine 2 teaspoons of scrub with 1 ½ tsp water or milk. Double it if using on scalp. Gently scrub across face with fingers. Rinse and pat dry. You may also use as a mask: Mix scrub with the desired liquid until it forms a paste. Smooth over skin, and allow to sit 10-20 minutes. Rinse will warm water. DIRECTIONS FOR KIND WORDS (FOR LIPS): With a clean finger, rub some of the scrub over your lips in a circular motion. Rinse with lukewarm water. DIRECTIONS FOR KIND INTENTIONS (FOR BODY): Spread a thin layer of the scrub over the area to be exfoliated (avoid your face if possible, and work in a shower or tub.) Massage in circular motions. Rinse. Pat dry with a clean soft towel. ESSENTIAL OIL DIFFUSER NECKLACES:
